Mr. Salu is the Managing Director of Business Leader Media and has responsibility over day-to-day operations and the acquisition strategy of the Company. Mr. Salu has been representing clients in merger, acquisition and restructuring transactions since 1993 and has executed deals totaling over $20 billion of transaction value. Mr. Salu is a founder and Managing Director at SG Capital, a boutique investment bank in Los Angeles focusing on Media and Technology transactions. Immediately prior to founding SG Capital, Mr. Salu worked for Morgan Stanley & Co. in its Mergers and Acquisitions Group in both New York and Menlo Park.

Mr. Salu holds an MBA from the Wharton Business School, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar (Top 5% of class), a JD from UC Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) and a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland, where he graduated summa cum laude (Top 2% of class). He is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed real estate broker.

Ms. Simms is the Publisher of all Raleigh-Durham (Triangle) Publications for Business Leader Media. Ms. Simms has been a part of Business Leader Magazine since 1989, having most recently served as Senior Account Executive for Triangle publications. Ms Simms, a native of Raleigh, has been in the print industry for over 30 years in the Triangle, including 9 years with the News and Observer prior to Business Leader. Ms. Simms is a part of many fundraisers with Easter Seals/United Cerebral Palsy and continues to volunteer her time in the non-profit sector.

Mr. Kober founded BIZlife Magazine in 1989 and currently serves as the Publisher of all Triad area publications for Business Leader Media. Prior to publishing, Kober spent 20 years in the commercial banking and financial services industries. Mr. Kober serves on a number of boards in the Triad and was awarded the "Small Business Person of the Year" for 1994, by the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Kober graduated with a B.S. from Springfield College.

Mr. Skladanowski is the Publisher of Business Leader Media’s Opportunity Magazines. Prior to joining Business Leader, Mr. Skladanowski was a General Manager for AMC Entertainment and has previously held sales positions with Monster.com, Thomson and Hardscrabble Pictures.

Mr. Skladanowski graduated with a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas.

Ms. Plotnick is the Managing Editor for Business Leader Media and has responsibility for Opportunity World and Money 'N Profits magazines. She has almost 10 years of experience in writing and editing, most recently for a weekly newspaper in North Carolina.

Ms. Plotnick holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government and a B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Ms. Mittelstadt is the Event Manager of BIZpower, a quarterly luncheon series and specialty publication covering important issues facing the business community. Previously, Ms. Mittelstadt was the Business Development Manager at a Triad staffing company where she focused on growth through franchising.

Ms. Mittelstadt is from the state of Minnesota.

Mr. Moya is the Corporate Development Manager for Business Leader Media and has responsibility over business development and strategy. Immediately prior to joining Business Leader Media, Mr. Moya provided operational and business consulting services to Federally Qualified Health Centers and State Primary Care Associations. Previously, Mr. Moya has held private-sector positions as Marketing Consultant for both the 5-star Ramada Renaissance Hotel, Hong Kong and the major Asian portal New Media.

Mr. Moya holds a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Management Control & Information Systems from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines.
