Mr. Salu is the Managing Director of Business Leader Media and has responsibility over day-to-day operations and the acquisition strategy of the company. Mr. Salu has been executing merger, acquisition and restructuring transactions since 1993 and has completed transactions totaling over $20 billion of value. Mr. Salu was a founder and Managing Director at SG Capital, a boutique investment bank in Los Angeles focusing on media and technology transactions. Immediately prior to founding SG Capital, Mr. Salu worked for Morgan Stanley & Co. in its Mergers and Acquisitions Group in both New York and Menlo Park.

Mr. Salu holds an MBA from the Wharton Business School, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar (Top 5% of class), a JD from UC Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) and a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland, where he graduated summa cum laude (Top 2% of class). He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Skladanowski is the Vice President of Sales for Business Leader Media and oversees all advertising sales efforts for the company. Before joining Business Leader, he worked in management positions with AMC Entertainment and has previously held sales positions with Monster.com, Thomson and Hardscrabble Pictures.

Mr. Friedman  is the Publisher of all Carolinas publications for Business Leader Media. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Friedman was the owner of Telegenics Media, a video production company which was acquired by Business Leader Media in 2010.  Mr. Friedman previously was the Founder and CEO of Red, Hot, and Blue, a restaurant chain which he grew to over $55mm in system sales.

Mr. Reynolds  is the Publisher of all Atlanta publications for Business Leader Media. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Reynolds was the Publisher for Business To Business Magazine, which was acquired by Business Leader Media in 2009.  Mr. Reynolds previously held executive positions at Gannett, where he worked for over 20 years.

Ms. Fried is the Publisher of all South Florida (Miami, Broward, Palm Beach) publications for Business Leader Media. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Fried was a Senior Sales Executive for South Florida CEO Magazine, where she was the magazine's top sales professional for 5 years. South Florida CEO Magazine was acquired by Business Leader Media in 2008.
